design: where all those elements you’ve thought so much about come together in a package you will bring to so many.
i enjoy the design process for just these reasons.
drawing all elements – colour, photography, graphics, message – together into a cohesive, well-branded message is often a daunting task, and one that will take a company or solo performer into a philosophical raison d’etre.
and this is why the resulting piece – album, webpage, annual report, booklet – is so significant to the people who represent it; it’s their story, in a way.
